Includes fortnightly 30 minute one-on-one sessions, weekly online check ins, and open daily communication through voice and text message.
Format:
All sessions can be held in person or by video call. I accept both local (Christchurch, New Zealand) and remote clients. All prices are in NZD.

Foundation Session
This session is your launchpad for meaningful change - tailored, focused, and designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. You'll gain insight into your current health behaviours, explore your motivations, and leave with personalised strategies you can use right away. 1. Lay the Foundation – 8 Pillars of Health (self-audit, pre-session) Before we meet, you’ll complete a guided self-assessment exploring your current habits across eight Lifestyle Health Pillars: Movement Sleep Stress Management Nutrition Social Connection Spiritual Connection Technology Substance Use This self-audit is designed to identify where you're at, where your strong, and what areas could use a little attention. I’ll analyse your responses and create simple charts that we’ll walk through together during your interview session. 2. Establish a Vision – Who Do You Want to Become? This is about more than goals - it’s about aligning your health journey with the kind of person you want to be. We’ll clarify your aspirations and discuss how your health goals can support the bigger picture of who you want to be, so that your next steps feel meaningful and motivating. 3. Find Your Drive – Discovering Your Deep Why Lasting change begins with purpose. We’ll uncover the internal drivers behind your desire for change — the deeper “why” that helps you stay aligned and focused even when challenges arise. 4. The Mahi Begins – First Steps with Personalised Tools We’ll begin applying targeted strategies that match your needs and goals. These might include habit techniques, mindset shifts, or practical changes you can start experimenting with right away. The aim is progress - not perfection - and every journey starts with a single step. 5. Reflect & Refocus – Your Personalised Coaching Report After your session, you’ll receive a professionally designed PDF summarising your key insights and next steps. Included in your report: - A visual snapshot of your health behaviours across the Eight Lifestyle Health Pillars - A refined first-person narrative (with the help of AI) of your aspirations and motivations - Action points to guide your next steps This report is yours to reflect on, revisit, and use as a compass going forward. What’s Next? The Foundation Session equips you with insight, direction, and a personalised toolkit — but where you go from here is entirely up to you. For some, this may be the start of a solo journey. You've packed your bag, you're holding the compass, and you're ready to head off and learn through experience. That’s completely valid. For others, the journey is easier - and more rewarding - with a guide. If you choose to keep travelling together, I’ll bring an extra pack full of tools, strategies, and experience. Many of the landscapes we’ll navigate are ones I’ve explored before. With ongoing coaching, you’ll get continued support, accountability, and tailored guidance as you move forward - at your own pace, in your own direction.
