About me

My name is Adam Odering, and I’m a health and performance coach. I’m also a proud father, husband, son, brother, and friend. I first started coaching professionally over 15 years ago in the sporting world as a squash coach, helping players unlock their potential on and off the court.

About ten years ago, I began my own deeper journey into health, longevity, and performance. Seeing the impact of physical and mental health struggles — both in people close to me and across society — made me realise I wanted to do more. I decided to shift my focus and dedicate my work to helping people suffer less and live more fully.

Today, I combine my coaching experience with the latest health science and behaviour change research to help people build stronger, healthier, more meaningful lives.

My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about you and me working together to figure out what matters most to you — and building a path that fits your life, your strengths, and your goals.

You already bring so much to the table — your experiences, your skills, your values. My role is to help you use them in new ways, to create real, lasting changes that move you closer to the life you want.

I bring expertise in the latest health science and behaviour change research, but everything we do is tailored to you.

Together, we’ll look at eight key areas of health — sleep, nutrition, substance use, stress management, movement, social connection, spiritual connection, and technology — and focus on the areas that make the biggest difference for you.

Coaching can help you prevent chronic disease, perform at your best, and live with more energy and purpose. At the heart of it, I believe that when your health thrives, your whole life thrives, allowing you to give more to your family, your work, your play, and yourself.
