​​Terms and conditions for the December 2025 email promotion:

• Promoter: Adam The Health Coach.

• Entry is open to all individuals who subscribe to the newsletter by the 24th December.

• One entry per person. No purchase required.

• Prize: One Foundation Session valued at $150. Current clients may choose one month free coaching instead, or can gift the session.

• Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Winner will be drawn on 26th December and notified by email. If no reply within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

• Email addresses collected will be used for the newsletter and related promotions only and will not be shared with third parties.

• The promoter may amend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
